Sony Bravia TV- KD32W800P 1U

I have had this tv since November 2023 and my sky remote is programmed to the tv.

Recently the screen saver randomly pops up on the screen.

I am unable to switch back to sky and have to plug out the box and tv.

Please could you let me know why/what the cause of this could be or is?

What does that screen saver pop up say?

Try to disconnect all the externals from the TV, unplug the TV from the mains for 1-2 mins, and check again.

Also, make sure that the TV is updated.
