WF1000XM4 issue with sound dropping for 15/20 seconds

Hi all,

I recently bought the WF1000XM4 wireless bluetooth headphones a few months ago I am having an issue with them where the bluetooth/ sound drops for around 15/20 seconds during a song and sometimes twice or three times during a song so they are basically unuseable now and I am really disappointed. I have tried everything to fix this including watching you tube videos and troubleshooting etc but nothing has worked. I'm going to bring them back to the store but was wondering if anyone else out there has experienced the same issue and is there a fix for this?

I would be grateful for any thoughts or advice on this

@kohler100, that sounds confusing! But there are few things you need to try before returning them back. Firstly, test them with different devices and make sure they're up to date. Then try resetting & initializing the headphones and test again.
