    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently bought the WF1000XM4 wireless bluetooth headphones a few months ago&amp;nbsp; I am having an issue with them where the bluetooth/ sound drops for around 15/20 seconds during a song and sometimes twice or three times during a song so they are basically unuseable now and I am really disappointed. I have tried everything to fix this including watching you tube videos and troubleshooting etc but nothing has worked.&amp;nbsp; I'm going to bring them back to the store but was wondering if anyone else out there has experienced the same issue and is there a fix for this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would be grateful for any thoughts or advice on this&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kohler&lt;/P&gt;</description>

But there are few things you need to try before returning them back. Firstly, test them with different devices and make sure they're &lt;A href="https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/wireless-headphones-bluetooth-headphones/wf-1000xm4/software/00263486" target="_blank"&gt;up to date&lt;/A&gt;.
