Xperia T3 won't charge/reset/turn on

Hi Team,

I have Xperia T3. its completely dead now. i went settings and reset factry setting. and its get switch off and wont start again. i traid many things to start. But its wont start. Can anyone have solution for this ? Please Please give me solution..

Hi @Sachinda21,

I'm sorry to hear that experiencing this with your phone.

I'd recommend that you try to force restart your device. You can do this by pressing and holding volume up and the on/off button simultaneously for 120 seconds. Then try to start your phone as normal. If the same behavior persists, I would recommend that you try to charge your device using a Sony original charger for at least 30 minutes. Does it still behave the same way?

I'd also recommend that you try to temporarily remove any SD- and SIM-card from your device to see if they are causing your phones behavior.

I have had my experia T3 for about 18 months. I experience charging problems, positioning of cable and I thought socket issues? I now see that there are an awful lot of people with the same issues. I now cannot charge my phone at all and have no red light, blue light,white lighlt or any other light. I've tried using a different charging cable, another made for a T3 also. This did not work. I tried holding in the power and the volume up button as suggested in your previous post but this did not work either.

Help!

@Ladyc80, I'm sorry to hear this.

Then I recommend that you try to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. Note that this will completely reset your device and as your device won't power on, I'm afraid there is not way to back up it's content prior to resetting it.

If you are unable to perform a software repair or if you are still experiencing the same behavior performing it, I recommend that you get in contact with your Local support team for further assistance with having your device sent in to an authorized service center for repair.

Having the same problem for months sometimes when i put in charge the red light comes up the screen turns on it shows the bottle chargin up and i press the white small button to start but the phone goes dead ! Solution ?
