The service person also claimed that he has run diagnostics and there is no hardware issue. I even talked for quite some time and there was no issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But today morning again the microphone issue has returned!!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Customer support is giving sloppy replies that i need to keep taking the phone for service....there is no other option.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can any one help me with wha might be the exact problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;AnDy&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

All data will remain just the settings will be reset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;step 3: remove the live wallpaper, click a picture of u and ur friends rather and use it as wallpaper.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Soft reset the phone by:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Settings&amp;gt;Privacy&amp;gt;Settings Reset&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This resotres the live wallpaper again so then you must remove live wallpaper by using a different wallpaper from gallery. It should solve the problem once and for all. Same thing happened to me twice, this is how I solved it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Force Close it and then wait for sometime, Liveware manager will be back as running application. So enter liveware manager and remove all the ticks for the three accessories. This will help a bit, but also remove the live wallpaper to be safe.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Visityu,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Firstly let me tell you that the solution i am suing is not permanent, even today i am facing this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am able to reduce the impact of this problem by reducing the recovery time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have done the following.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) Disabled all the stock Live wall papers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) Disabled LiveWare Manager.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) Uninstalled SmartConnect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4) The moment i see there is a problem with the mic i restart the phone and run *#*#7378423#*#* to test the mic. Usually it takes around a min. Next i go to the running apps and disable all the unnecessary running apps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5) Installed an app Function Tester from Google Play. Use this for the same purpose as the service menu.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All i can say is that disable anything remotely looking related to live wall papers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Though i should say im my case that the music picks up after the call is ended.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cant say anything bout navigation as 'm not using the same.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope i was able to answer for atleast a single problem.:smileywink:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

How could I&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;uninstall it. My phone is new and it is not rooted. On the Xperia T I&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cannot uninstall it like other apps from the Google Play.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5., According to this tester everything looks working fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After these checks I tried again my music player and it did not start again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;after a phone call&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have no idea what could be the problem, and how to solve it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The smart connect is still on the phone, but it is not running&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;visityu&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

All data will remain just the settings will be reset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;step 3: remove the live wallpaper&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and the sound recording tooo low&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;on the camcorder and the voice recorder&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please help me to fix this problme&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;THNX....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
