Dear all,

Lately, I found out I lost the default photos apps. I am not sure what caused about it. Did anyone have the same problem?

Could you please elaborate? Which app(s) do you mean that you have lost? And how have you found out that you've lost it/them?

Settings > apps > all > scroll to the bottom > look for the apps > enable

Hi,

I understand that there are many ways to view photos in my M2. For example, I can view my photos by using "Album".

Well, I am just getting used to open photos from Photos instead of Album. By tapping on Photos, it will shown all pics in grid layout. I am kind of remember that there are having HIGHLIGHT and ALL tab on the top of screen. The Photos apps icon is looking like a paper windmill.

Anyway, I can use Album to view my pics.

The app you are referrring to is Google Plus

Open the G+ app > photos

Hi uliwooly, it is correct.

More playing on the M2 and I get it back as well. By disable Google+, the Photos apps will be disappeared. I keep it on now.

I know what you are saying almost

Reset application préférences to make it always or just once

From your Home screen, tap the Application screen icon.
Find and tap Settings > Apps.
Press the menu key or tap the menu icon (three vertical dots), then tap Reset app preferences.
Tap Reset apps to confirm
