Running slow

Hello!
Each day my phone starts running slow for about 10 - 15 minutes. After that, I have to reboot my phone to work normaly again.

I have a lot of apps, but I think this isn't normal.Do you think that downgrade to 4.1.2 would help?

Its probably bc of apps running on the background using up your RAM, perhaps antivirus, ram apps, taskillers, etc

Boot on safe mode and see if that helps

if it does then its a third party app causing this issue.
