If I use another branded Charger for my Xperia M2 Dual, will it be harmful for my phone's battery? My stock charger is dead & the chargers can I get in Market, is not original..

Which kind of charger or charging output voltage should I maintain?

What you need to check for is the output voltage. The amperage is how much power it can output.
Looking at your picture the charger can output either 9V or 5V. I'm afraid i can't say if your charger will output 5V or 9V if you connect it to your phone but i'd recommend that you don't use it as if it were to output 9V it may damage your phone. Samsung may perhaps be able to tell you what voltage it will output when you connect it to a device that doesn't support Quick Charge 2.0. D6633 does not support Quick Charge 1.0/2.0.

Now I'm using a charger of Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini..
It's output voltage is 5V _ 0.7A..
Is it Ok ? or I should go for Official charger of Xperia M2 ?

With the information I have the Xperia M2 does not allow Quick charge functions.

Can I use Sony EP881 Quick Charger on my Xperia M2 ?
With EC802 Data Cable ?

EP881 can be used to charge any xperia with a microUSB port.
