Hi everyone
I found that more days we use sony device the newest error appear on device Screen LOL
okay here is my problem I kept for charging after few minutes pop up says that " The connected power source is not sufficient. The battery is draining faster than it is charging. Minimize your device usage while charging"
I am using device more that 18 months, first time this error appeared. Am using original sony charger which come with box, and am not using device during charging still this error...
Help me to solve this

are you playing games while charging?

Not at all using phone during charging...
Yeah using wall charging from past one year

Try a different cable or wall charger and report back.

Sometime it shows error sometimes no...

How can you judge it's a hardware problem
It only shows error when I charge phone by switch on
When I switch off phone and keep for charging phone there is no problem it charges fine
It means there won't be hardware problem
