Double tap zoom cannot be disabled,normally it should not be active while you are in a game.

Well,it should not...I do not know why could the phone do that.Try a force restart(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates).

I tried to update but the process stops on 3Rd step.after 4hours the whole process start again from step 1.

in settings->system->accessibility-> magnification features , make it disable and see, for me it worked after disabling it . hope it will work for you also.
