Notting is happen i did Reset and pcc repair still Not working hmm..can a app be a reason i have installed go ex launcher and deeinstall it i think after the deeinstall it stopped working pls help

It's possible that the problem is related to the app. But seeing that PCC didn't work I would contact Sony xperia support and see what they can do.

please help me ...its been only two days that i'v bought my sony xperia m2 dual phone and now all of a sudden my illumination bar stopped working of no reason ...no third party apps were installed or any other apps ...i did the factory reset and also the restart twice for now but still the problem comes up ...please kindly help me .. thankyou ..

@warriorwrath @AshwinRuffian have you guys read above? If you've done and check everything then the best thing to do is contact Sony Xperia Support as per the link above.
