can't connect to mobile internet

Hi, i got a Xperia M and the problem is i can't connect to mobile internet. Of course i have turned on mobile network, downloaded internet settings and i still can't connect to mobile internet. Plese help becouse i have bought mobile internet some days ago and still can't use it. (I don't speak english very well, so tell me if I wrote somethink wrong)

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Have you checked with your network provider so the internet settings are OK? Or if this function is activated at your subscription? Otherwise, I suggest that you try another SIM-card in your phone that is active or your SIM-card in another phone.

In other Phone everythink works fine, It connects to internet.

It has started working. I Just had to turn off WiFi, but before even without WiFi turned on It wasnt working. Thanks for everything, but i Got to It by myself. Solution: turn off WiFi.

how long do you keep wici off in order to connect to the internet?
