Can't type messages when on calls (after update)

Did anyone notice that, after update, Xperia M2 Dual cannot type or press backbutton while in ongoing calls... Please help...

When on calls, when backbutton presses, it clicks(sound) but, donot go back or respond...

Also, when on calls, if u go to messages or any sort of typing involved, typing keyboard doesn't shows up... please help...

After I done ur prescribed SAFE-BOOT... It worked fine in SAFE-BOOT mode... And, then in normal mode... It started working fine... 😄 B-)

It works fine in safe boot but when I came into normal mode same problem occurs...
Please help...

Disable calls in smart key (or phone). Not sure how it is. And you should be able to use it.
