My sony M5 wont turn power on

my m5 is look like permantly death,cannot power on at all
I tried all the restart way
And the pc way,it even cannot detect my m5
When i connect to charger it only show red led
When i connect to power bank with 2.1V the led light is strong and turn weak red light
if 1.0V it only show up the red led light for 20~30 seconds
Please help to fix..SO SAD

Connect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 2 - 3 hours > report back.

Had the same problem 2 months ago en still had the same problem last night . Must my SD card going bad.

My method that work.

1. if you have charger connected to your phone , disconnect your CHARGER and REMOVE your SD card.

2. notice your notification light will this light up RED and your getting no response from your phone.

This means your phone is STOCK / FROZEN aka BLACKscreen mode.

3. After about 10 - 15 min notification light will go OFF, don't worry phone is FINE.

4. DON'T plug in your charger, just set your phone aside , as it will continue to discharge

5. Depending on the battery percentage en app's that you were running before BLACKscreen mode.

It will take some time to fully discharge. Mine was about 60% , it took about 12hrs to discharge.

6. When it is FULLY Discharged, the screen will flash WEAK BATTERY ICON.

pres power button slightly and you will see 1% WEAK BATTERY ICON.

7. At this point you can connect your charger, you will see that your phone is charging aging normally.

8. Now you can use your phone again.
