      <description>Hi guys. I recently bought a sony xperia m4 im really happy with it. But today all of a sudden it wont play any videos. Including youtube. It says 'video can not be played' the phone does all sorts of automatic updates so im not sure what has been updated recently and to roll back.&lt;BR /&gt;Can any one help me out.       <description>Try to clear the video app data and check if that helps.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How to clear data on apps.&lt;BR /&gt;From your Home screen&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. Tap the Application screen icon.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Find and tap&amp;nbsp;Settings&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;Apps.&lt;BR /&gt;3. Swipe to the&amp;nbsp;All&amp;nbsp;tab.&lt;BR /&gt;4. Find and tap on the video app.&lt;BR /&gt;5. Tap&amp;nbsp;Force stop&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;Clear data.&lt;BR /&gt;6. Restart the phone&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
