Good day,

this problem is reall worse because it become expensive.

Here the facts:

The Xperia E dual support MicroSDHC cards up to 16GByte (at least) but it also happen to my previously 2GByte, 4GByte and 8GByte memory cards.

Since I drive regulary between France, Swiss, Austria, Pologne, Tchechin, Lithunia, Latvia Estonia and Russia, I use the App MapsMe and have reallt 12-14 GByte of maps on the 16 GByte MicroSDHC.

Now I updated the maps and ran out of space.

Now it is not more possibel to delete old files, because the Xperia E dual has set the MicroSDHC to write-protect mode which can not be removed under GNU/Linux, *BSD, Windows or MacOS-X.

The 16GByte MicroSDHC is simply destroyed!

Can be read but noting more.

I have already contacted the SONY Support, but gotten no usefull answer.

Any ideas?

I mean, ideas which do not require to root the device!

Thanks in avance

Michelle

from Miila/Estonia
