Settings > about phone > diagnostics > test the phone

also is there anything blocking or partially blocking the proximity sensor?

Thanks for your response .On the phone I have pasted protective film .Test I did, but I'm not sure if it has to be the way it was when the phone vibrate only test the zoom. On completion of the written test ok.
