Please help me.

when I mistakenly dialed my own number, the phone stopped working, though the call was not connected.

I can't switch off/restart it since volume and power buttons are not working properly.

I tried removing both sim cards and SD card, but it did'nt shut down.

Worse, it shows as network searching even if there are no sim cards inside it
