Hi @Dilipmm, sorry to hear about this.

Are you doing anything special in the device when it's turning off from 70% to 0% and are you able to start the device again or do you need to plug in the charger again?

I would recommend that you restart your device in safe mode when you are getting close to 70% left on your battery (if this always occurs when the battery reaches 70%) otherwise you'll have to restart it in safe mode a bit earlier.

With safe-mode there is no power off,but without safe mode it suddenly coming to zero and we have to change . Is there any VIRUS or battery problem, the phone is 3 yrs old
