Hi all I have recently purchased the Sony bravia kd49x830c happy with everything except the picture for the football - this was my main reason for buying the tv and as there are there are so many options for settings was wondering if anybody had an idea of the best settings for football ??

I have hd and bought hdmi 2 cables but the picture is terrible so any advice would be appreciated - thanks in advance

Hi, I also just brought this TV, what setting do you have it on?

So far for me the picture is awesome, better then I thought.

How do you get your foot ball source... I.e any digital box?

Hi I've got the tv on the factory settings (reset them) I've also tried getting rid of the Eco settings as advised on certain blogs but the picture for football doesn't get any better !!

Totally agree the picture for everything else is better than what I thought better than the cinema ! But the colours and sharpness for the football is woeful - I'm watching it through sky and with hdmi cables and still struggling so any advice and I would be grateful !!
